P&C Membership Application

Meetings of the Cairns State High P&C take place regularly throughout the year providing parents, carers and community members with another opportunity to have a voice about what happens/could happen in our school.

Please note: If you are a caregiver (not a parent) or volunteer interested in assisting our school community but do not have a child attending CSHS, you will require a SUITABILITY BLUE CARD FOR CHILD RELATED VOLUNTEERING/EMPLOYMENT to become a P&C Member. This is available to volunteers at no charge from the Commission for Children & Young People.

If you are required to hold a current blue card, please provide a copy of the card with this application form.
