If accepted to participate in the Cambodia Study Tour for 2026 I acknowledge that

• I will need to meet all expectations as outlined
• To be accepted to participate and remain on the participation list I will need to ensure
  • Exemplary effort and behaviour both in the classroom and in the school grounds
  • High attendance rate – 93% minimum
  • All absences explained
  • Completion of all homework
  • Submission of all assessments by due date
  • Attendance at all examination sessions
  • Completion of any after school detentions
  • School fees paid or payment plan is up to date for 2025 and previous years
• I have paid the $500 deposit required to accompany this application by Thursday 26 June 2025.
• I understand that if I am accepted to participate, this deposit will not be refunded if I pull out of the Cambodia Study Tour after 1 February 2026.
• I understand that if I do not meet these expectations that
  • Prior to the trip, I will not be allowed to go on the trip and therefore will forfeit payments already made. Term reviews will take place to ensure that students are meeting expectations.
